| International Shipping: We regret to inform our customers that we do not ship internationally. We ship to the United States and will 2nd Day Air ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. |
| Pricing: It is our goal to provide you with the best pricing possible. If you you find a lower price on a part that we carry please let us know. We will do our best to meet or beat that price. Please understand that the prices that are posted on our site are subject to change, we will try to be as accommodating as possible to our customers. |
| Returns Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that: Are in their original packaging Do not having missing components or hardware. Have original instructions, manufacturer information, registration cards etc. Are not used, installed, or disassembled Are not damaged/scratched/stained due to an attempted installation The following items may not be returned: Automotive repair manuals (unless we sent you the wrong one) Electrical Parts and Components (DME's, Control Units, Relays, Mass Air Sensors, etc.) Special Ordered Items Fluids, Oils and other liquids Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. |
| Damaged Products If your product has been damaged in shipment, please contact us to advise of the problem and contact the shipper to let them know that there was a problem with shipping. Retain all packing materials so that the shipping company can perform a proper inspection. |
| Labor/Shop Costs If labor or repair shop charges were incurred in the installation of an item purchased from All European Auto Supply, there are no refunds issued by our organization for those incurred costs. |
